Meaty Treasures on a Stick!
DIRECTIONS:
- Cut beef into 1" cubes
- Mix the marinade in a bowl. Add beef. Marinate for 1-6 hours.
- Cut the vegies into 1" pieces to match the size of the beef cubes. Thread your vegies and beef loosely onto skewers, alternating in a pretty pattern. Then brush with reserved marinade.
- Grill kabobs in batches, basting with reserved marinade and rotating until lightly charred on all sides and meat is cooked to your desired doneness.
