Marinated Wagyu Beef Kabobs

Meaty Treasures on a Stick!

Colorful & juicy, these premium wagyu beef kabobs are easy to assemble and cook in a flash, making it a quick easy meal!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3-4 Petite Sirloin Filets
  • 3 Bell Peppers (Red, Yellow, Green)
  • 1 Large Red Onion
  • 16 Button Mushrooms
  • 1 Small Pineapple

MARINDADE:

  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 1/2 TBS Soy Sauce
  • 2 TBS Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 TBS Melted Tallow (or other non seed oil)
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cut beef into 1" cubes
  2. Mix the marinade in a bowl.  Add beef.  Marinate for 1-6 hours.
  3. Cut the vegies into 1" pieces to match the size of the beef cubes.  Thread your vegies and beef loosely onto skewers, alternating in a pretty pattern.  Then brush with reserved marinade.
  4. Grill kabobs in batches, basting with reserved marinade and rotating until lightly charred on all sides and meat is cooked to your desired doneness.
