Flat Iron

Our Flat Iron steak may be one of our best hidden secrets. Often overlooked, this is one of our favorite cuts with its intense marbling and tenderness. This cut is great with salt and pepper or dressed in your favorite marinade or rub. We personally love it sous vided with salt and pepper, and finished on the grill with a perfect sear, or cooked low and slow like a brisket for the same great crust and flavor but without the large size.
