Before traditional grocery stores sold beef, butcher shops were where everyone bought their meat.  Butchers often held back certain cuts of beef for their own families - giving rise to the “Butcher Cuts.”  Butchers and beef experts have long favored these cuts for their incredible tenderness. These steaks represent some of the most valuable steaks in terms of tenderness and price. 

Each box contains around 15 lbs of the finest cuts that you might otherwise pass by.

Cuts will include: Picanha, Hanger, Outside Skirt, Flank Steak, Flat Iron, and/or Denver.
