How does gifting work?
Simply complete our inquiry form with your approximate budget, number of recipients and preferred timing. We’ll reach out personally to learn more about your needs and curate the perfect gifting plan.
Can the boxes be customized?
Absolutely. We can curate each gift based on your budget and preferences, from individual premium cuts to larger Wagyu collections. We can also discuss custom touches to make your gifts feel personal to your company or occasion.
Can you work within a specific budget?
Absolutely. Select the price point you’d like to spend per gift, and we’ll curate a 9 Line Wagyu box to fit your budget. From individual premium cuts to larger Wagyu collections, we’ll create a gift that feels generous, thoughtful and distinctly 9 Line.
Shipping is additional and is not included in the selected gift price.
Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum number of gifts required. Whether you’re thanking one important client or gifting an entire team, we’re happy to help.
Can you ship to multiple recipients?
Yes. We can ship gifts directly to individual recipients, so there’s no need to receive, sort and redistribute everything yourself. Simply provide us with your recipient list and shipping information, and we’ll coordinate the rest.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated separately based on the size of each gift and its destination. The price point you select on our gifting page is for the gift box itself; shipping costs are additional.
Because our Wagyu ships frozen in temperature-controlled packaging, shipping costs can vary by destination. We’ll provide those costs as part of your customized gifting quote before your order is finalized.
Can local gift orders be picked up?
Absolutely. Local orders can be picked up at our Santa Rosa Beach location. We’ll coordinate a convenient pickup time with you once your gifts are ready.
