Picanha is a beautiful triangle shaped steak taken from the top of the rump. You might also know it as a rump cover, rump cap, sirloin cap or even Coulotte steak. It is the most popular cut in Brazil and is wildly sought after by chefs for its sirloin like texture and juicy meaty flavor.

Each of our fullblood wagyu Picanhas are roughly 2.5-3lbs each.
